1. General Overview
By accessing this website and purchasing our jewelry, you agree to be bound by the following terms. At CEYLORÉ, we operate a rare "mine to market" model. We own the mines and oversee the entire journey from the moment a gemstone is unearthed to the final hand finished masterpiece. These terms protect the integrity of our craftsmanship and the exclusivity of our brand.
2. Natural Variations & Authenticity
Because we source our gemstones directly from our own mines, every stone is as fresh and authentic as nature intended. Please acknowledge that natural gemstones possess unique characteristics. Slight variations in color, texture, and natural inclusions are not defects but are hallmarks of an authentic, earth mined stone. Our professional cutters and polishers maximize the brilliance of each gem, but no two handcrafted pieces will be identical.
3. Shipping & Regional Distribution
Europe
We are proud to offer free shipping across Europe on every order. To ensure the highest level of care, we have partnered with a dedicated European agent to manage regional distribution. This specialist ensures your jewelry is handled with professional care and expertise.
Worldwide
We offer secure worldwide delivery for all international clients to ensure CEYLORÉ designs reach you wherever you are.
Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the item is delivered to our specialized European agent or our designated international carrier.
4. Custom & Bespoke Commissions
Due to the specialized labor involved in cutting and hand crafting individual pieces, the following rules apply to all custom work:
Upfront Deposit
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to begin the selection of stones and the design process.
Cancellation Policy
This 25% deposit is strictly non refundable. If you are unable or unwilling to complete the purchase after the jewelry has been completed, the deposit will be retained by CEYLORÉ to cover the costs of specialized labor, mining, and sourcing.
Final Sale
All custom and bespoke commissions are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Returns & Professional Inspection
Your satisfaction is our priority, but due to the high value nature of our jewelry, we maintain a strict return protocol:
Notification Window
If a non custom piece is not the right fit, you must inform us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Condition
Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition.
Expert Inspection
Every return undergoes a professional inspection by our European agent to verify the integrity of the jewelry and gemstones. CEYLORÉ reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item shows any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
6. Jewelry Care & User Responsibility
CEYLORÉ jewelry is designed to be timeless but requires professional care. By purchasing, you agree to follow our care guidelines, which include removing pieces before swimming, exercising, or sleeping, and avoiding contact with chemicals (perfumes, lotions, etc.). CEYLORÉ is not liable for damage resulting from improper care or handling.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to a purchase is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item. CEYLORÉ is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
